Anatocism
Description
The software allows to verify the interests and the fees charged to your current account up to a maximum of fifteen quarters.
- Sheet Anatocism: Calculates the costs deriving from the practice of anatocism, based on the amount accrued on the account. In particular, the column "Anatocism of the quarterly" highlights the computation of the accrued in the single quarter and "Total anatocism" reports the total of the accrued up to that quarter.
- Sheet Usury: Calculates the values for verifying the possible overcoming of the usury thresholds. The column T.E.G. indicates the global rate applied in the quarter, the usury threshold column indicates the maximum rate applicable in the quarter based on the Bank of Italy estimates. Finally, the "Result" column indicates that the threshold is exceeded.
- Sheet Threshold: Is to be updated quarterly, reports the threshold values recorded by the Bank of Italy in the corresponding quartere.
